Hi Bob,
After much research I found a great class, "Mastering Short Sales", which Jeff Swanson and I will be sponsoring along with Robin Brand, a lender and hopefully Brian Ford. Details of the class are as follows:
Dates: November 2nd and 3rd
Time: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (2-day course)

Cost: $100
Credit Hours: 15
I know you are very interested in your agents learning as much as they can on this subject. I haven't had a chance to get a flyer prepared; however, I will have a handout for the office meetings in the morning. I have attached an information sheet on the class for you.
This class comes highly recommended by Melody Hoover, Education Director of WEMAR. Over 400 agents have attended the classes WEMAR has sponsored. Melody shared the reviews the agents completed following the course with me and they were all extremely positive. In addition, I have talked to several agents who have taken Desiree's course all of which raved about the course content and the thoroughness, knowledge and presentation skills of Desiree.
Jeff and I hope you will help us promote this event. We feel like you could get more agents to attend in a week than we could in a month. So many of the agents hold your opinion in high regard and listen to your recommendations.
