Here is the link to get to the map that must be carried by all real estate agents that are working in the area of Surprise--IT IS A LAW THERE and you could do jail time for not having it; was the last report that I had.

ALWAYS carry this map when showing property in Surprise. Give a copy to your clients and get them to acknowledge in writing that you have given it to them and date it.
