Good Afternoon,

I am sending you this email to let you know that HUD has created a new website www.hudhomestore.com  that it appears all agents will be required to use at some point in the near future if they are going to bid on HUD homes.  It is important that you go to the website and register as a "Bidder" (look in the upper right hand corner of the site).   Complete your registration so you will be registered if and when HUD requires you to use the site.  Our NAID # is WUSRLT4715 and you will need that to register.  I have signed up as the Designated Broker and one agent has already successfully signed, too.
