Jon Kichen has summarized his presentation from last weeks office meetings and I have attached it for you, in this email.

 

Another bit of news is the Treasury Dept. guidance for Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives (HAFA) program which became effective April 5, 2010 for participating servicers' short sale methods for homeowners who don't qualify for the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP).

I sent this info to you around the first of this year and here is how to find it as reported by DSNEWS. Go to www.dsnews.com and scroll to the bottom of the page to find "archives". What you are looking for is found in Dec. 1,2009.

I do not know how to implement this action and will seek your input as you gain experience in this matter. It is supposed to provide $1500 for the homeowner to be able to move at COE.

This would be a big help for most sellers.
