Due to many questions about the sale of HUD owned property, here are some tips.

You can copy a 25 page Handbook for reference! Your offers need to be VERY PRECISE to be considered!

 

If you need contracts, your office has them but if you need one without going to the office, here's the source for a contract and an addendum.   HUD Contract:

YOU MUST have a Brokers signature BEFORE submitting an offer to HUD. It must be a "live" signature and not a fax or email.

Sometimes there are pre-signed forms in the offices and I keep a couple of them in my briefcase. Just find me!
