You can copy a 25 page Handbook for reference! Your offers need to be VERY PRECISE to be considered!

 

If you need contracts, your office has them but if you need one without going to the office, here's the source for a contract and an addendum.   HUD Contract:

YOU MUST have a Brokers signature BEFORE submitting an offer to HUD. It must be a "live" signature and not a fax or email.

I will ask American Title to get some classes together with 3 hours of credit, to teach agents how to better handle these sales.
