Good morning--If a home is foreclosed on and there are tenants in possession of the property, this has always created hardships on tenants. On May 20, 2009, Obama signed into law S.896, Title VII-Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act of 2009. This will even provide the forms needed for the tenant and the new owner (usually a bank)
